Rewind the Line

A CONTROLLER IS REQUIRED TO PLAY! WE RECOMMEND ANY OFFICIAL XBOX OR OFFICIAL PS4 CONTROLLER.

*KNOWN BUG*: If you let the fish escape by getting too close to the top of the screen, the game doesn't properly stop your boat's movement toward the shore. Try to not let this happen! Unfortunately, i did not find this bug until after the jam was over.

Created for Brackeys Gamejam 2020.2. The theme was REWIND and we wanted to make something that wasn't what we assumed would be the two most popular games: time rewinding and rewinding VHS/Cassette Tapes.

Controls:

Left Stick: Pull to aim your fishing line.

A button (X on PS4): Cast fishing line in aimed direction.

Right Stick: Rotate the right stick in either direction to rewind your fishing line and reel in the fish while pulling yourself back to shore!
